your exercise plan sounds good but your diet isn't all that healthy. You definitely need to eat more for breakfast- it'll start your metabolism. Eat something more like an omelet and wheat toast or oatmeal and fruit. for lunch eat something with veggies and protein, like a salad or a sandwich on whole wheat bread. It'll help you lose more if you pick veggies over fruit. Instead of the cereal bar eat a protein bar, popcorn, veggies and hummus or dip, lowfat sting cheese, yogurt or some sort of whole grain granola bar. I wouldn't drink the milk before sleeping either- just a waste of calories and you're drinking milk for breakfast anyway.

Okay, I'm not looking for a adult-themed or fetishy type of thing. I like shojo romances, but I am so tired of all of them going, "omg, i'm gonna get raped" and then nothing happens. It's like, every single shojo does this. The only mangas where the character got raped was Gravitation. Haou Airen did this, but it got really disturbing cause the writer basically played out all her fantasies (though as a hentai..). Anyway, I'm looking for a romance, I don't care if it's shounen, shojo, gender bender, josei, seinen, yaoi/yuri, or whatever, as long as the writer doesn't just constantly flirt with the idea of rape (I'm looking at you Boy Over Flowers and Ceres) and actually makes it happen, like in Gravitation. The scene doesn't have to be graphic or anything, but in Gravitation and Fushigi Yugi (hey, she thought she had been, so it counts) where it opened up a new psychological themes or changed relationships. And I don't want a Haou Airen or Please Choose Me, where it's like, "you did something horrible, but I still love you for no particular reason" and that's the end. I guess something more real, which may be impossible from a manga >.>

Its about the economy not about China. Kids are protesting against the rich having everything and the poor having nothing. Not that I am a communist, but I think that the main communist ideas is to raise taxes to the rich and lower them to the poor.

No it's not normal to cry every day. You're 13 and going through puberty, so your hormones are extremely busy and your moods are probably going up and down all the time. Nevertheless, it does seem that over and above that you are unhappy about your family, and having suicidal thoughts and cutting yourself is a serious problem. You need some help. If you can't talk to your family, try to talk to a responsible adult who you trust, a school counsellor, or friends mom who might be able to talk to your mom. Go and ask for help.
