Mary never agreed to have sex with God so wouldn't it technically be RAPE?

Okay nowhere did anyone get asked if they wanted to have sex with the god genie. Throughout the OT woman are seen as sexual objects moreover than actual people so Mary was treated much more like a sex toy than a person that god was seeking permission from. So in a sense wasn't it Rape? The bible promotes rape in other verses.
