What's going on with my daughter?

My daughter is 2 almost 3. Three weeks ago she came home form her father's and was grabbing the front of her diaper saying ow, ow. I asked her what was hurting her and she kept saying daddy and pointing at her crotch. I thought maybe he hurt her changing her. I checked her out and didn't see anything. Last night I put her to bed and was just talking her to sleep. I and told her that she could always tell me anything. I told her she could always tell me if anybody hurt her. Then, she started saying daddy and spread her legs and started pointing at her crotch again. I am taking her to her pediatrician today to be looked at. Am I crazy or is her dad up to horrible things?
