Can a misdamenor sex offender get married to a woman with children?

to finish my first question my children want us to get married. They have asked me several times why or when? I am at a lost for words, he didn't t do anything bad or on purpose.He is a great guy and is getting his life on tract and we want to be a family. Ya there are some of u guys on here that have your own opinion on this but ya know there freaks out there that are actually doing stuff to children and young boys and girls and even some adults. Mine does something that was an accident and has to live with it for the rest of his life.N ow ou tell me if thats right because according to alot of people its not.
