Ow.. how long does it take for your bruised tailbone to heal?

I was doing a tilt jump in dance and my foot slipped from under me. I fell right onto my tailbone and bruised it pretty bad. Its only been 2 hours since I bruised it and it hurts!!! Anyone know how long it takes for it to heal??
