You should be honest with him. Tell him that you viewed what the guy did to you as rape because you were held down and forced to pleasure him. He may or may not like what you tell him, but at least it will be the truth. Also, if you don't want to go any further with your boyfriend, then don't. It shouldn't be based on whether you were raped or not what you do with him. He shouldn't try to put pressure on you.
