What is the law about docking puppies in Ireland?

what is the law about docking puppies in Ireland , it seems there is a welfare bill now that says you can not dock in Northern Ireland ..so what about southern Ireland , and wha would happen to you now have to stop there and welp the ***** and get docking done within days of the bith ..Or you are not allowed at all n ow you have to proove they are working dogs ..
