Why does my foot hurt?

one day i just got up out of my bed and was like ow and i thought it was just going to go away before i got to school. so when i got to school by then it was getting worse and I have had the same thing for a while and my mom said it was around the Achilles thing and she talked to the doctor about it and he had no clue my dad said it might be bone spurs
